We ship your most-wanted collectibles anywhere in the world.

Within the UAE, orders can arrive same-day via express, or in 2-4 business days via standard delivery. International and GCC orders typically take 10-15 business days, with tracking provided.

Standard delivery within the UAE is a flat AED 20 per order. Express delivery is AED 35 on orders placed before 11:00 AM. Cash on Delivery is AED 30 (AED 20 delivery plus a AED 10 handling fee). International rates are quoted after checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Yes. Order before the 11:00 AM cut-off and your order can arrive within 1-8 business hours (UAE, courier-accessible areas).

Yes - you'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in shipping fees.

Yes - you may return or exchange eligible merchandise, provided items stay sealed and unused. See our Returns / Refunds / Exchange Policy for full conditions.

Due to their collectible nature, blind boxes, figures, trading cards, apparel, manga, and games are non-returnable. Blind boxes and TCG products are also non-exchangeable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refunds apply to defective, damaged, or faulty items, with photos and proof of purchase. Start a request with our Refund Request Form.

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days if items are sealed, original, and accompanied by a receipt. You can exchange for an item of equal or higher value, or take store credit valid for 6 months.

Approved refunds for defective or damaged items go back to your original payment method. Exchanges can be made for another item or for store credit.

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, subject to our Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.

Cancellations are subject to a cancellation / bank transaction charge of 5% of your total order value.

No - it is not possible to cancel part of an order. The entire order is cancelled, and you can re-purchase the items you still want.

A deposit secures your reserved item and your slot for highly sought-after collectibles. Items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. See our Pre-Order Policy.

High-value items (such as large-scale statues and resin figures) require a 30% deposit, with the balance due within 30 days of the arrival notification. All other pre-orders are paid in full upfront. Installment options such as Tabby may be available at checkout.

Estimated arrival dates are a guide and are not binding. If the estimate is missed, you may cancel your pre-order 30 days after the missed estimated time of delivery.

Deposits are non-refundable unless caseclosed fails to deliver within 30 days past the estimated time of delivery. Cancelling a pre-order forfeits any deposit and your place in the queue.

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED. Installment options such as Tabby may be available at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE for a AED 10 handling fee - pick the Cash on Delivery (+AED 10) delivery option at checkout.

You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and reorder your favourites.

You'll receive an order-confirmation email once we accept your order. Note that a confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.
