Processing

Orders are shipped via a third-party courier, Monday to Friday only.
Delivery time is counted from order confirmation, based on product availability.
The courier will attempt to contact you before delivery. Failed delivery attempts result in the parcel being returned to Pumpy Trading L.L.C for rescheduling.
In line with U.A.E. law, products are not offered to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE for an AED 10 handling fee, so the delivery charge is AED 30 instead of AED 20.
Choose the Cash on Delivery (+AED 10) delivery option at checkout to pay in cash when your order arrives. The fee is shown in your order total before you confirm.

If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us and we will help resolve it, subject to availability and proper evaluation.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes charged by the destination country.
